Personal Training takes great pride of personal training in the
comforts of your own home. If you have a home gym GREAT! If you do
not NO PROBLEM! Gera Pekar, the founder of First Class Personal
Training believes that people are most productive when they are
comfortable, hence in-home training. Limited space is required as
most exercises are built around resistance training using a
stability ball, rubber tubes & one’s own body weight. Emphasis is
placed on core training, building a strong foundation for future
success. During a preliminary consultation each person’s specific
goals and objectives are identified and a training strategy is
developed.
