Since 2005 we have been serving Torontonians for bootcamp classes in the GTA.

Who is the bootcamp program for?
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, you can benefit from our style boot camp that is tailored to your needs and goals. If you suffer from medical conditions or healing injuries, our certified and specialized instructors will modify your exercises for you to perform at your maximum potential while avoiding injury.
All of our Bootcamp classes are sixty minutes of fun with a maximum of fifteen participants. You will enjoy the camaraderie and support of other participants while being motivated by your instructor.
