In-Home Personal Training

First Class Personal Training takes great pride in providing personal training in the comfort of your own home. If you have a home gym – GREAT! If you don’t – NO PROBLEM! First Class believes that people are most productive when they are comfortable, hence in-home training.

Limited space is required as most exercises are built around resistance training using a stability ball, dumbbells, rubber bands, BOSU ball, TRX, Kettle bells & and one’s own body weight.

Emphasis is placed on core and functional training and building a strong foundation for future success. During a preliminary consultation, each person’s specific fitness goals, nutritional habits and medical history are identified and a training strategy is developed.

The duration of all in home personal training sessions can range between thirty to sixty minutes, depending on the individual’s needs and fitness level.
