Youth Training

In the past 30 years, obesity rates have doubled among children and tripled among adolescents, and the amount of physical activity in schools has drastically decreased. Our services offer extensive age-appropriate exercise programs with the aim to improve the overall health and well being of children and teens, and help instill the value of physical activity at an early age. Our goal with youngsters is to build muscle memory and develop strength and flexibility to perform at their full potential. After muscle memory is build, our focus is to progress in all facets of their program.

We focus on body weight exercises, plyometric, agility drills and core strength.
