During your initial consultation, our personal trainers take the time to learn about your lifestyle, fitness goals and any medical conditions or injuries you may have before we get started with any form of exercise or training. Once we understand your fitness goals and lifestyle needs following your first consultation, your First Class personal trainer will create a personalized exercise and diet plan that is easy for you to follow. Our personal trainers are experts in working with different needs where the exercises we incorporate into your customized plan will depend on your age, any injuries or medical conditions you may have and your fitness goals. The exercises will be carefully thought out and easy to follow for you to complete on the days we train with you and the times you may want to workout alone.  

Having a healthy but delicious diet plan is crucial to your fitness program as nutrition is 80% of the driving force behind meeting and exceeding your personal goals. We will always take into consideration and respect your preferred choices of food whether a vegan, vegetarian and pescetarian or even someone who simply does not like to eat certain foods. We want each of our clients to embrace this lifestyle change by implementing the right nutrients into their diet that is not only healthy but also easy to prepare and enjoyable to eat.

One-on-One Flexible Training

Whether you want to work out in your home, office, garden or a park, our personal trainers bring their equipment to where you are in Toronto and the GTA area, so you do not have to go anywhere. We dedicate our time to work on your schedule. Not only do we offer one-to-one sessions to all age groups; we also provide sessions of group training, post rehab therapy and more, depending on your comfortability, lifestyle and needs. During your one-to-one sessions, our professional trainers will guide, teach and demonstrate exercises for you where you will be taught the correct form and technique to perform them appropriately. This is especially important to prevent injury and provide you with guidance when working out on your own. With your permission, we may take videos for you to reflect on to see how we can correct your form effectively where each exercise can be performed properly and to your benefit. 

We always bear in mind that your needs will differ from the next as, for example, some may not be able to carry out vigorous exercises but others may prefer to. This also includes your learning style and the best techniques of learning for you where some of our clients like to be told exactly what to do but others like to be part of the decision-making, for example choosing between equipment or even exercises for desired results.
