It is important that we remain honest and truthful about the steps needed to get you there including the timeframe it may take to achieve such results. When starting off with one of our trainers, we may only begin with two to three sessions a week which may be increased to three to four sessions a week as you begin to see progress and feel more comfortable with the changes to your body and lifestyle that structured exercise and diet can bring.
